Q: How soon will my sign get done?
A: Every order of sign is custom made. Some of the more basic signs, like banners and magnetics, can be completed in as little as a few days, while sandblasted, electric large signs or channel letters signs may take up to a couple of months. In addition, we have to consider the time that it’ll take to get the permit from the City of Chicago or other suburbs, the weather of Chicago, and the time of installation. Therefore, every order is different and we always recommend the customers to do their project with extra time!


Q: If I pay for a screen charge, is the screen mine?
A: No, the one-time screen charge is to help cover the cost of materials, (positives, emulsion, tape, exposure, etc.) graphic design and labor associated with preparing a screen for printing. All screens are the property of Abruzzo Graphics, Inc. Our screens are not available for purchase.


Q: Do you print baseball caps or visors?
A: Yes, our equipment allows us to screen-print directly on many styles of hats including low profile and visors.


Q: Can I use my credit card over the phone?
A: We accept most of ALL major credit cards: American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard with a completed Credit Card Authorization Form. Click Here for the form. We also accept PayPal payments to our email address at ggentile@abruzzographics.com.


Q: How long does it take to get business cards?
A: After you approve the final artwork, you can expect to have your cards in about 5-14 business days. Therefore, every order is different and we always recommend the customers to do their project with extra time!


Q: How long does it take to get invitations?
A: After you approve the final artwork, you can expect to have your invitations in about 5 to 15 business days. Therefore, every order is different and we always recommend the customers to do their project with extra time!


Q: Will you print just one t-shirt?
A: No, we will NOT print just one shirt. The minimum order for t-shirt is 12. If we screen-print one design, we have to do the same amount of setup as if we were going to print hundreds of items and we have to charge full order (as you order 12). For this reason, you will get considerable discounts for quantity orders over 12 t-shirts.


Q: How long does it take to print an order of t-shirts or promotional products?
A: Typically, orders are almost always completed after approval of the design within one week to four weeks. Sometimes, we need extra time if we need to stock the t-shirts. Therefore, every order is different and we always recommend the customers to do their project with extra time!


Q: Can I bring in my own t-shirts or hats for you to print?
A: Yes, but you should always check with us first. Sometimes, garments can pose problems and not print well. We always do our best, but we assume no responsibility for items brought in for printing.
